Dormio Organic Beds makes every effort in providing the best Organic Mattress using only the finest materials available. If, however, you discover a defect in your new product, simply contact us by phone or email and we will gladly have it resolved.
If a defect is discovered during the period of your warranty, Dormio Organic Beds will repair or replace (at our option) the defective item within a reasonable timeframe.
Dormio Organic Beds reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this warranty when, upon inspection, the sleep set is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship or materials.
Dormio Organic Beds does not cover any transportation costs. Warranty is awarded to the original purchaser of the product (not transferable); proof of purchase and photos may be required to open a warranty claim.

In order for your warranty to be valid, you must be the original purchaser and provide a copy of the bill of sale. If identical materials are not available at the time of the product service, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value at our option or provide a refund.
